General Atomics-in sözçüsü Mark Brinkli bildirib ki, şirkət konkret sövdələşmələri şərh etmir, lakin Kiyevin Reaper kimi pilotsuz təyyarələrə ehtiyacı olduğuna inanır. "General Atomics artıq bir neçə aydır ki, Ukrayna silahlı qüvvələrinin ehtiyaclarını öz hökumətləri ilə müzakirə edir və onlara hər cür dəstək verməyə sadiqdir”, - Brinkli bildirib.

General Atomics Ukraynaya hər biri bir neçə milyon dollar dəyərində olan Reaper MQ-9A Blok 1-in köhnə versiyasını təklif edir.
